What are Custom Labels used for?

Sessions, Speakers, Exhibitors, and Roster can all have Custom Labels Fields added to them. You use Custom Label Fields as an optional place for additonal information specific to this event or your organization. Examples can include: credentials, interests, credits, chapter affiliation, sponsors, country or anything specific to this event or your organization. 

There are two content fields each for each type (Sessions, Speakers, Exhibitors, Roster). You can provide the Custom Label Field content here: 

To add Custom Label Field content to Sessions, Speakers, Exhibitors or Roster, you can edit through the following navigation: 

  • Edit Event > Sessions > Manage Custom Fields > Save
  • Edit Event > Speakers > Manage Custom Fields > Save
  • Edit Event > Exhibitors > Manage Custom Fields > Save
  • Edit Event > Roster > Manage Custom Fields > Save
