Conferences I/O Integration Support

If you’re a Results Direct Customer with integrated Conferences I/O services, setup is easy! Review the 3 Minute Admin Getting Started Guide or follow these simple steps:

  1. Access your Admin Dashboard. Click Sign into Admin and enter your password. Once you sign in, you’ll be able to navigate between the Home Screen and the Admin Dashboard.
    • Admins manage the overall event
    • Moderators manage sessions
  2. Next, become a Moderator of a session. Click on a Session and click Sign in to Moderate. Examples will already be created for you.
  3. Enter your Moderator Password. Now you have the ability to create and manage polls, moderate Q&A and access additional settings.
    • More than one person can be signed in as the moderator at the same time.
