Session Status Screen

The Eventsential by Results Direct Session Status Screen is where you can add new sessions, upload/download data, manage session tags and custom fields, and indicates the sessions with missing information. 

  1. Add a New Session - Click on the blue [Add New Session] button and enter content into the descriptive fields. 
  2. Upload/Download Data - Here you can upload all of your sessions from an external database or download all of your data to edit in a third party software like Excel, Numbers or SQL Click.
  3. Manage Tags - Allows you to add keyword tags and apply filter settings so users can filter by keyword in the schedule. 
  4. Manage Custom Fields - Here you can apply custom fields to sessions. Sessions have two custom fields that you can customize.  To take advantage of these fields simply click on the [manage custom fields] button.
  5. Sessions with Missing Information - Indicates the status of sessions with missing information including location, speakers, description and resources.
